INGREDIENTS: 300g beef fillet 10g green pepper, cubed 10g red pepper, cubed 10g onion, sliced
SEASONINGS: 6 tbsp Yeo’s Black Bean Sauce
PREPARATION METHOD: - Marinate steak with Yeo's Black Bean Sauce for 30 minutes. Pan fry steak over medium heat for 3 minutes or as desired. Set aside.
- Saute onion, green pepper, red pepper and Yeo's Black Pepper Sauce. Simmer over low heat. Pour sauce over steaks and serve hot.
