INGREDIENTS:
300g boiled rice
20g ginger, diced
20g drumstick mushroom, diced
20g enoki mushroom
20g oats
20g pineapple, diced
1 egg, (egg white only)

SEASONINGS:
100g Yeo’s Nasi Goreng Paste

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the egg white with all the ingredients. Add the Nasi Goreng paste and keep stir frying until slightly brown.

- Place the fried rice into the pineapple bowl and cook in the oven for 2 minutes.

SERVES: 3
