INGREDIENTS:
200g tofu, cut into 8 pieces
100g spinach
10g peanut granules

SEASONINGS:
1 tsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tsp salt and sugar

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Boil the spinach with hot water. Grilled tofu until fragrant then put it on the spinach.

- Heat up all the seasonings and add 1 tablespoon of water. Pour onto tofu. Sprinkle with the peanut granules and serve immediately.

SERVES: 2
