INGREDIENTS:
200g fish fillet

SEASONINGS:
2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce
5g chili, chopped
¼ tsp salt
¼ sugar
¼ garlic, chopped

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Coat the fish fillet with corn flour and deep fry until cooked.

- Heat up all the seasonings and pour over the fish fillet and serve hot

SERVES: 2
