INGREDIENTS:400g fish fillets2 tbsp cooking oilSEASONINGS:4 tbsp Yeo’s Sambal Oeleck3 tbsp honey1 tbsp lime juice2 tbsp sugar
PREPARATION METHOD:- Mix all the seasonings in a bowl, set aside.
- Heat pan over medium heat, pan fry fish fillets until cooked.
- Add the mixed seasonings, simmer till the sauce glazes over the fish surface and serve hot.
