INGREDIENTS:
250g medium-sized prawns, de-shelled & de-veined
60g onion, sliced
½ jar water

SEASONINGS:
1 jar Yeo’s Sambal Paste

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Heat up the frying pan over medium heat, add the onion and Yeo’s Sambal Paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

- Add the prawns and water and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.

SERVES: 2
