INGREDIENTS:320g Yeo’s Ezy-cook Noodles150g beef (sliced)1 egg50g bean sprouts1 stem spring onion, chopped1 tbsp cooking oilSEASONINGS:4 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil1 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce1 tbsp tomato ketchup1 tsp salt
PREPARATION METHOD:- Boil the Ezy-cook Noodles for 2 minutes, drained well and set aside.
- Heat the pan over medium heat. Fry the egg with spring onions, then add the beef, bean sprouts and Ezy-cook Noodles.
- Add all the seasonings and stir-fry until cooked. Serve hot.
SERVES: 4
