INGREDIENTS:180g chicken fillet, cubed80g onion, cubed80g mango, cubed80g cucumber, cubedSEASONINGS:4 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce3 tbsp coconut milk2 tsp honey
PREPARATION METHOD:- Marinade the chicken with light soy sauce for 1 hour. Skew the chicken pieces onto skewer, grilled until cooked.
- Mix all the seasonings and heat up to serve as a dipping sauce.
