INGREDIENTS:240g beef fillet, chopped½ tbsp minced garlicSEASONINGS:2 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce2 tbsp Yeo’s Black Pepper Sauce
PREPARATION METHOD:- Heat a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the beef fillet in hot oil for a while, set aside.
- Stir-fry the minced garlic until fragrant, add the beef fillet with seasonings and stir-fry until done.
