500ml Yeo’s Soy Bean Drink
½ cup fresh blackberries
½ cup fresh blueberries
1 frozen banana, peeled
½ cup low fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp toasted wheat germ, divided (optional)

- Combine all the ingredients except wheat germ in blender and process until well blended. Pour and serve.

- If desired, add 1 tablespoon wheat germ to shake mixture before blending. Sprinkle the remaining wheat germ on top of shake when serving.
