INGREDIENTS:
4 jumbo prawns, butter sliced
5g onion,
5g chilli, chopped
5g spring onion
5g minced garlic

SEASONINGS:
2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce
1 tsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Coat the jumbo prawns with corn flour and deep fry.

- In the saucepan, stir-fry the onion, chilli and spring onion with all the seasonings and the jumbo prawns for 1 minute. Serve hot.

SERVES: 2
