INGREDIENTS:4 jumbo prawns, butter sliced5g onion,5g chilli, chopped5g spring onion5g minced garlic
SEASONINGS:2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce1 tsp Yeo’s Sweet Chilli Sauce2 tsp Yeo’s Light Soy Sauce
PREPARATION METHOD:- Coat the jumbo prawns with corn flour and deep fry.- In the saucepan, stir-fry the onion, chilli and spring onion with all the seasonings and the jumbo prawns for 1 minute. Serve hot.
