PREPARATION METHOD: - Heat a wok over high heat. Deep fry the king prawn until gladdened or done, set aside.
- Stir-fry lemongrass, red pepper, onion and minced garlic until fragrant, add in king prawn. Stir-fry a while. Then add in asparagus and sweet chili sauce. Continue to stir-fry until fragrant and sprinkle Chinese cooking wine and serve hot.
