INGREDIENTS:
500g spaghetti, cooked and drained
100g parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tomato, cubed
7  tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp oil

SEASONINGS:
salt and pepper (optional)

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Heat the pan over the medium heat, add the garlic and hot chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.

- Add the cooked spaghetti, parsley and mix well. Transfer to plate.

- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and serve immediately. Add salt and pepper if desired.
