INGREDIENTS:500g spaghetti, cooked and drained100g parmesan cheese, grated2 tbsp garlic, chopped2 tbsp parsley, chopped1 tomato, cubed7 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce2 tbsp oilSEASONINGS:salt and pepper (optional)
PREPARATION METHOD:- Heat the pan over the medium heat, add the garlic and hot chili sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the cooked spaghetti, parsley and mix well. Transfer to plate.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top and serve immediately. Add salt and pepper if desired.
