INGREDIENTS:200g chicken, chopped120g dried shallots10g Chinese mushroom, pre-soaked80g garlic, diced1 tbsp minced garlic¼ carrot, slicedSEASONINGS:2 tbsp Yeo’s Salted Soy Beans½ tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil
PREPARATION METHOD:- Stir-fry the chicken in hot oil for a while, set aside.
- Stir-fry the minced garlic and salted soy beans. Add the garlic and dried shallot and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the chicken and stir-fry until done. Drizzle sesame oil and serve hot.
