INGREDIENTS:100g chicken breast1 tsp minced garlic1 chilli, choppedSEASONINGS:2 tsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil1 tsp sugar1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp chicken stock soup1 tsp corn flour
PREPARATION METHOD: - Marinade the chicken breasts with garlic, chilli, salt and sugar for an hour.
- Place the marinated chicken in the oven at 200 F for 10 minutes.
- Heat up all the seasonings with some water until sauce thicken then pour it onto the chicken breasts. Serve with vegetables if desire.
