Yeo’s Rice Vermicelli is made from high grade polished rice using centuries old traditional method.

Unlike Egg Noodle, Rice Vermicelli, also known as Rice Noodles is made from rice flour and has a very different texture and taste.

When it is deep-fried straight from the packet, it provides a crispy base for stir-fried foods. Or after soaking in hot water for 15-20 minutes, drain and rinse in cold water. It can be served cold tossed with a simple dressing of chopped garlic, ginger, spring onions, soy sauce and sesame oil; or hot in a chicken broth with stir-fried chicken/meat/prawns and vegetables.
