8 -10 pieces king prawns
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp custard powder
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp self-raising flour
1 tbsp water
3 tbsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
- Mix and stir ingredients (2) until sticky and mix with king prawns.
- Heat the pan over high heat and deep fry the king prawns until crispy and golden brown. Transfer to plate.
- Mix the minced garlic with chilli sauce as a dipping sauce.
