INGREDIENTS:200g tofu, cut into 8 pieces100g spinach10g peanut granulesSEASONINGS:1 tsp Yeo’s Hot Bean Sauce2 tsp Light Soy Sauce2 tbsp oyster sauce½ tsp salt and sugar
PREPARATION METHOD:- Boil the spinach with hot water. Grilled tofu until fragrant then put it on the spinach.
- Heat up all the seasonings and add 1 tablespoon of water. Pour onto tofu. Sprinkle with the peanut granules and serve immediately.
SERVES: 2
