INGREDIENTS:
8 king prawns              
½ red pepper, cubed                             
½ green pepper, cubed             
½ onion, cubed
20g carrot flake                      
4 pieces bamboo skewers

SEASONINGS:
4 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt      

PREPARATION METHOD:
- Marinate the king prawns with 1 tbsp of Satay sauce, salt, and sugar for half an hour.

- Thread king prawns on skewers with the rest of ingredients, then pan fry until done.

- Serve with Satay Sauce as dipping sauce.

SERVES: 2
