INGREDIENTS:3pcs lamb chops1 tsp minced garlicPinch of mixed herbs1 tbsp cooking oilSEASONINGS:3 tbsp Yeo’s Satay Sauce1 tsp Yeo’s Pure Sesame Oil1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce1 tsp honey1 tsp lime juice
PREPARATION METHOD:- Apart from the mixed herbs, mix the lamb chops together with minced garlic and all the seasonings, marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat the frying pan over medium heat, pan-fry the lamb chops until cooked. Splash a pinch of mixed herbs before serving.
