INGREDIENTS:200g fish filletSEASONINGS:2 tbsp Yeo’s Hot Chilli Sauce1 tsp Yeo’s Sweet & Sour Sauce5g chili, chopped¼ tsp salt¼ sugar¼ garlic, chopped
PREPARATION METHOD:- Coat the fish fillet with corn flour and deep fry until cooked.
- Heat up all the seasonings and pour over the fish fillet and serve hot
