INGREDIENTS:
8 king prawns
30g freshly green, shredded
1/6 lime
SEASONINGS:
1 tbsp Yeo’s Chilli Sauce with Garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp sugar
PREPARATION METHOD:
- De-shell the prawns. Boil in the hot water until done and cut open half.
- Mix all seasonings into salad sauce.
- Mix half the salad with half the salad sauce together. Transfer to the plate.
- Place the rest of salad, sauce and prawns. Mix well and serve.
